Chavs according to Brielle.  I might be a little biased here, though..
They look a little like this..:
They think they're really cool, and that they're better than everyone else. Most sentences contain swear words. They tend not to pronounce their t's and s's. They're usually uneducated.
They are very horrible to members of the public, especially those younger than them, or elderly people. Why is this? Because they think they're really hard, but actually they're not, and they're too afraid of a fight to pick on somebody bigger than them.
Girls like to sport the 'scraped back side ponytail' look. They also like to sport the 'slut' look. They wear massive hoop earrings and always have their belly on show because they think they're beautiful. Burberry is a brand they like.. or would be if they could afford it.
Most live in council houses with bad families, and abuse drugs and alcohol, and lose their virginity at age 12.
They don't seem to know what a normal tone of voice is, and shout every word in their annoying accent while chewing gum. They're very grumpy and mean.
A lot of them carry a gun or knife.. because they're too pussy to use their own hands, but they call everyone else the pussy.
Chavs hate every other stereotype, especially emos. They bully pretty much everyone who isn't a chav, and bitch about everyone who is a chav.
Despite their terrible behavior and slutty ways, they're very often the 'popular' people in school. They're only the popular ones because they make everyone else scared of them. But most of it's just empty threats..
So that's your stereotypical chav! xD I used to be one of them, but now I'm more like their rival.. Kinda.
Ahh, and 'chav' is short for 'Cheltenham average'. Yes.. I do, shamefully, live right next to the town of Cheltenham. You know the weird thing? Most people in Cheltenham now are the non-chavvy, kind people. o.o
