they say we’re dangerous

So. You have made it. You are here. You passed your security clearance
testing, gone through a polygraph, and promised until you are blue in the
face you won't tell anyone. You may not understand why you had to go
through so much, but you did it, and you have made it in when many would
not have. You are now labeled as one of the "best of the best", whatever
that might mean. You aren't even sure about that one, because they won't
tell you what is even going on, but there has to be something. After all,
who knew getting into a private boarding school could be so difficult?

but that there is a real lie

Yes, that's right. Wickervale Academy is a private boarding school, nothing
more and nothing less. Or, at least, that is how the outer world sees it.
The normal world. But Wicker is far from normal. In fact, there is a very
good reason for the background checks and polygraph tests. Because,
you see, Wicker is not just a school for the exceptionally gifted. This school
was founded, built and nurtured to its respectable standing with assistance
from all the world powers. The CIA and MI-6 were the most prominent.
Why would they be interested in such a school, you may ask? Well, I
suppose it is time you know. You see, Wicker is a school for spies.

So, now that you are in and you have passed all your tests, it is time
for you to get placed in classes. We have a variety available, all of which
are interesting, and we can surely suit them to your talents. Oh, but
before we start on that, there is something you should know. We have
been having... troubles. We have reason to believe there is a leak in our
midst. Someone who has been telling our stories to those who would wish
us harm. They have compromised our security, our missions, and the
lives of our students. And so, this is where you come in. We need your
help. I know you have no training, but we need you to keep an eye on
your classmates, inform us if you see anything suspicious. Good luck.
