A small groan left the lips of Kellen as she sat up in her bunk. Darkness surrounded her and she suddenly felt as if she was in some horror movie. But she knew she wasn't. Kell contemplated on pushing the curtain back and letting the light in. For once she hadn't woken up with a headache of any sort. She bit down on her bottom lip as she found her phone and looked at the text messages and calls. Her best friend, Rita had texted her telling her he was somewhere. She sighed and opened up the picture message she had sent to see that she was happy and fine. She couldn't help but smile. Rita was always sending her pictures from her adventures. They both traveled the world in different ways. While she went to find out what animals were amazing to photograph, Kellen decided to go on tour and play music. Still, it was pretty cool traveling city to city. Kell missed her though, the two were nearly inseparable till they had to go their separate ways. Still, Rita called her every chance she got to let her know how life was going. From what she knew she was doing fine and not getting killed. She was always the one to go and find trouble. Hopefully, she wasn't getting into that much.
Kellen ran a hand through her dark hair as she pushed the curtain covering her bunk to the side and letting in the light. She squinted her eyes and grabbed her phone, sending a quick text to her best friend. She hated it when she ignored her text. She just told her how she was doing and all of that fun stuff. She looked over the small ledge and bit down on her lip, swinging her legs over and jumping down, landing on her feet with a thump. She turned to sift through her clothes for a moment. She looked down at what she was wearing at the moment which was just a pair of boy shorts and a tank top. Kellen took out a pair of white ripped jeans and a glamour kills shirt with a vest and went into the bathroom to get changed, throwing her dirty clothes into a laundry bag that she had brought. She applied some black eyeliner and light blue eyeshdaow around her eyes and a bit of lip gloss before leaving the small bathroom. She ran a hand through her slightly curled hair and grabbed her straightener turning it on and spraying her body with some sweet smelling body spray before turning to her straightener and started to straighten her hair.
She made her way out of the bus, being quiet so that none of her band mates would wake up or something like that. She hated waking people up when they were sleeping with her noise. Once she was out of the bus she pulled out sunglasses and lowered them to cover her eyes before walking out of the bus parking lot. She pulled out her Ipod and stuck the earbuds into her ears and turned on Asking Alexandria. She hummed as she walked down the sidewalk, her boots slapping against the pavement and stopping in front of the door to starbucks making her way towards the counter. It took her a few moments to decide what she wanted as she placed her order and took her caramel frap and her muffin and sat down at a table. She broke off a small piece of the muffin and popped it into her mouth. Kellen yawned softly as she took a sip of the coffee. Now, it was time for her to wake up..
