TELL ME THAT YOU'VE GOT EVERYTHING YOU WANT&& Y O U R B I R D C A N S I N GBUT YOU DON'T GET ME, YOU DON'T GET ME Zachariah got bored more easily than some thought. Sometimes it got so boring just sitting on the bus and watching TV or reading comics or something. Don't get him wrong, he loved his bandmates, but he got restless when he did the same thing over and over again. It was about two in the afternoon and, although it was cloudy and a little chilly, he decided that a nice walk was what he needed. He didn't want to wait for a day that was beautiful and sunny; no, he wanted to to go on a walk right at that moment, so he did.
He slipped on his shoes and a warm sweater, and grabbed his acoustic guitar. Of course, he had more than one guitar - he had his acoustic, his Fender, and his Gibson Les Paul. He adored his electric guitars, but he and his acoustic had much more history. He had his acoustic since he was about twelve, and it was still in amazingly great shape. There were only a few scratches and, just like with any guitar, he had to change the strings every once in a while, but other than that it was still perfect. He slipped the strap over his head and rested it on his shoulder so the guitar was settled on his back comfortably. He pulled the hood up on his hoodie and left the bus.
He didn't know where he was going. He usually didn't; he tended to just go with the flow and let his feet carry him to wherever. Zach never told anyone where he was going, not just because a lot of times he himself didn't know, but also because a lot of people wouldn't have cared anyway. That's how it was and that's how'd it continue to be - not like he minded too much. He sometimes liked when no one knew where the hell he was; he liked to just get away from stuff.
Zach didn't have much to get away from now, other than his endless boredom. He walked for what had to have been at least twenty minutes before he found a perfect spot to chill out and play his guitar. The pier - it was perfect. No one else was around, seeing as how it was such a crap day, and that made it even more attracting. Not that he didn't like people or being around them, but on some occasions he liked being the only one around. That is, of course, until he's alone for too long. Then he needs to be around people.
He walked the length of the pier, taking the guitar from his back. He sat down Indian style and watched as the small waves crashed against the sane and lapped at the wooden pillars below him. Staring out at the ocean, his eyes glistening, he was reminded of just how much he missed home. He missed waking up every morning to look out of his window and see the beautiful, clear water that was more or less his backyard. He had a sudden yearning to see the bright sunrise, to feel the heat of the sun pour down on him.. He closed his eyes for a moment, imagining it.
He opened them and sighed. Even though he longed for those moments, they could wait. He was on tour now, living out the dream he had had since he was young with a great band. Zach positioned his hands above the guitar and began to strum on the strings, not really knowing what he was playing, but enjoying the randomness of it. He closed his eyes again, humming along to whatever it was he was playing.

Considering the attire that Ria usually bounced around in, she felt like today she was only wearing boring stuff, but hey, it was laundry day. She shrugged a bit to herself, not caring enough to get all upset about it. That was the thing about Ria, it took a lot to make her get hr feathers ruffled. She preferred to go the “stoner” or the “surfer” route and be all chiiiill maaan. She giggled at the thought, grinning with very pink lips in the mirror. Huh, her make-up was very pink, to make up for the lack of funk in the outfit, and it brought out the pink on the words of her shirt. That, and the fake kitty ears on her head probably would draw enough attention to make up for it.
She shrugged, whatever. If it bothered people that was their problem! She grinned and slid on her fake glasses, the oversized ones that amused her to no end, and then her sweatshirt. Pausing a moment, the kooky little girl stared at her guitar for a moment. To bring it or not to bring it….sadly her acoustic was in that guitar heaven in the sky and had been for about a year or so. She kept telling herself she’d get a new one and then she’d get distracted and end up with three electric guitars. She sighed. If she brought her guitar she’d need her amp too. Fuck. She shrugged a bit and turned, leaving the bus.
What to do now though? As much as she loved the girls in her band, there was something to be said for taking a break from seeing the same people day in and day out. And she knew Baby Circus wasn’t the favorite of other girls on the tour but hey, like she liked to say, hate was over-rated. Okay, so she might have fought back a little, but it was impossible not to have a temper, and sometimes Ria’s showed its ugly face. She shrugged again and leaned back against the bus, shivering a little. She couldn’t wait til they got somewhere warmer. She was so done with the chill in this place.
She was also bored of wandering around the venues…and the town…she had already terrorized the town far too many times…so what to do now? She sighed a bit and then pushed herself out of her funk. Fuck no, no funk allowed! She would be happy and bouncy, funk be damned. She pulled out a cherry sucker from her sweatshirt pocket, unwrapped it and popped it into her mouth. See, sugar. Sugar was the amazing thing that kept her on her constant high. She was trying to stay away from actual drugs lately. It had been working, but she knew she’d give up and go back to it sooner or later.
So what to do? She bounced off the bus and started wandering, letting her feet decide where she was going. They were usually pretty good at finding something interesting anyway. Well, as long as she found something to get her through today and be at least entertained, she was a happy kook. And that was all that married to her! She grinned a bit and started skipping, she had made her way through the town at this point, all without pulling on her headphones and drowing out the world, it was a miracle! She giggled again and spun as she walked, bouncing along happily to the music that was in her head. She knew she should be working, making new riffs or new songs or…something. But she just wasn’t in the mood to work today!
And then she heard music.
Not that that was abnormal, but she tilted her head either way. Guitar. She grinned, she loved the guitar, that was why she played it after all. She paused a moment, trying to discern where it was coming from. Hmmmm lesse….she spun as she listened, finger out and pointing until she figured it out and stopped, and hopped along that way.
She was at the beach at this point, and the cold wind made her shiver a little, pulling the sweatshirt tighter around herself. She was a tiny thing after all, and she didn’t much like the cold all that much. She saw a familiar figure on the pier though and headed in that general direction, amused by the sounds that her feet made on the wood. But she was amused to just walk and listen to him play. She had to hand it to him, he was really good. ”Duuuuude!” she called as she made her way closer, giving fair warning that the nut was on her way. She figured it was only fair. The idea made her giggle again as she made her way over there. But at the same time, she didn't want to startle him and make him stop playing. Oops. Finally there, she tilted her head a little. ”Mind if I plop?” she asked. And then she proceeded to sit, entirely sprawled out, without waiting for the answer. Free spirit, she asked didn’t mean she wanted the answer! Words 925 Muse Epic Tagged Zach Outfit: Here!

TELL ME THAT YOU'VE GOT EVERYTHING YOU WANT&& Y O U R B I R D C A N S I N GBUT YOU DON'T GET ME, YOU DON'T GET ME Zach loved when he got lost in his thoughts. Sure, it might not be the safest place, but he loved when he could just do something so effortlessly and not even have to think about it. Like now - he didn't know what he was playing, but it sounded nice, so he continued to go along with whatever his brain was telling him to. After a few minutes he stopped, looking out at the ocean. The water seemed gray and slightly treacherous, but also calm in a way. A chilly wind blew and he shivered ever so slightly. Regardless of how the weather looked, to him it seemed like not such a bad day.
He sighed, wondering what to do now. For a moment he wished that he had at least bothered to remember the chords he had just played so he could play them for his band later, but by that time it was no use; he has already forgotten most of them. Besides, if he was lucky enough, he could probably play it again later with just a little concentration. He could have done it then, but he didn't want to get bored of it, so instead he rummaged through the music library in his head. He was fond of acoustic songs, but even more fond of songs that weren't acoustic and could still be played on one.
Obviously, Zach knew many bands and many songs. He supposed he could always play one of his bands' songs but that would be like his was at practice, and he wasn't and wasn't looking forward to it later. Sometimes band practice got tedious and he got annoyed. It was a good thing Sue the Lawyer was a tightly knit group of people; otherwise he would have lost his temper constantly and that's never good. He continued to stare out at the water until he finally decided on something to play.
Recently, The Ready Set had gotten on his list of favorite bands. Actually, The Ready Set consisted of only person, but he was an awesome singer and guitarist. Zach wasn't that bad at singing, either, but he loved playing the guitar more than anything else. He strummed a single chord before he began playing, like he usually did. He wasn't quite sure why he did that; it was just something he had done ever since he learned to play and it had become a habit. He could never play a song correctly if he didn't - almost as if it were a lucky charm sort of thing.
Within the next few moments he began to play the chords to the song There Are Days. He had listened to the song nonstop after the first time he heard it; Zach was one of the people who would play a song over and over again until he got sick of it, but he wasn't sick of it yet. He wasn't sure if he would, because he loved it so much, but you never know. He watched his fingers slide along the neck of the guitar and he began to sing along to the tune. "I've been asleep since Monday morning but I won't let it control me, putting my two weeks now..."
He wasn't singing loud, but he wasn't singing quietly either. Regardless, it didn't matter, because there was no one around to hear him anyway. Or so he thought. "And everyday it's hard believing it's getting worse each night I'm dreaming, in one split second I'm falling back..." Zach nodded his head to the tune slightly. He always got so into it when he played, and some said that was one reason why he was so good at the guitar. He let it take him away to a whole 'nother place where it was just him and his guitar and nothing else. When he was in that state it wasn't usually easy to get him out of it, but today it was. "Duuuuude! Mind if I plop?"He looked up and smiled at the familiar face. He shook his head and gestured to the spot next to him. "Be my guest! Didn't think anyone else would really be out and about on a day like this." Even as he spoke the words, Ria was already laid out on the pier. He smiled again. "So what does bring you out here? Did you just happen to know that a guitar player as awesome as I was going to be out here?" Zach laughed, kidding. He rested his guitar more comfortably on his leg and awaited an answer. tagging open outfit nekkidwords 765 lyrics your bird can sing by the beatles notes The Ready Set - There Are Days - in case you wanted to hear it (: credits this was made by brooke ![/blockquote]

Well, Ria had found herself bored today. Bored enough to brave the gross weather that was the outside world. She hated when it was this gloomy outside, she liked it better when it was sunny and happy! Then again, like she said, hate was over rated. She wrinkled her nose slightly as she chastised herself in her head for saying she hated something. Hate was a very strong word after all. It was only something that should be said if she really meant it and not just because things bothered her. She could almost hear her mother telling her that in her head. She had been raised on that principle.
That nothing deserved to be hated. Not even the worst person.
But it was dreary, and dreary was no fun. There, that was a better way to put it. Either way, it had her out and about, and apparently following guitar music that she heard as she wandered. Weird. It wasn’t normal for her to have her headphones out in order to hear others playing, but she was glad that she had them out this time. She had turned her feet in that direction after determining, in her own bizarre way, which way it was that it was coming from. It wasn’t that hard because it was so quiet out!
She figured it was because all those sane people were inside and not out and about like her and whoever was playing on their guitar. Either way, her feet clad in her chucks took her to the pier at the beach. Weird place to be and certainly a bit more chilly because of the wind that came off the ocean onto the pier. Not that Ria was a stranger to cold really, she had lived just about everywhere in the rolling RV that had been home, and then the bus for the tour. It wasn’t a new thing, but still…she liked the warmer places better!
As she had walked, she was bobbing her head to the music, and realized she faintly knew the song. Not well enough to know the words, but she knew it well enough! She had heard it once or twice because she had listened to the band before. The Ready Set played a lot of happier bouncy song like Young Forever, which was the type of stuff she listened to, to keep her perpetually happy state going strong and kooky.
She grinned though as she recognized it was Zach playing and plopped down next to him, glad he had said it was okay, even though she had say without waiting for the answer. It would have been totally awkward if he said he wanted to be alone or something like that and she had just sat down. She would have had to get up all over again and move away, and that would just be tedious and boring if you asked her. No, it was much better that he had said it was okay she sit. Regardless of the fact that she already had. ”I didn’t expect to find anyone else either! But here you are, dude” she exclaimed, grinning as she popped another cherry sucker into her mouth. Never knew when she’d crave sweets so she kept a supply on her at all times.
She rolled her eyes at his comment though, about the awesome guitar player. ”If I wanted to hear epic guitar playing, I would’a stayed back at the bus and played for myself” she returned the kid easily. She shifted her seat to go back on her hands, supporting herself that way and kind of sprawling out on the rough wood because she could never sit still for long. Ever. She pushed her fake glasses up into her hair, getting them out of her way so she could see better, even if they interfered with the fake kitty ears. ”I was booooored basically. What bout’s you? Dreary days just inspire you to come out and play?” she asked with a laugh, teasing a little bit but she was just that way. Always joking….nothing was serious to her.
