 Cecilia Lacey Simon
Cecilia is sweet and young. She is pretty impressionable and relatively sheltered. A lot of jokes tend to go over her head and she is more the quite reserved type. Unless you know her very well when she gets very loud and very bubbly. CC tends to get into alot of trouble. She has had some very bad experiences with ex boyfriends and has a huge fear of being hurt again. She still acts in alot of ways like a young girl, but she has a mature side that few people see. Cecilia is like that kind of girl that can be crazy and wild but tends to get shot down alot, she doesn't open up to people often and isn't comfortable with many people.
So she is in need of friends, but she doesn't get to close with so many people. Probably only one or two people will really be super close with her. However she is alot of fun to party with. She needs enemies, alot of people probably find her child-like nature to be sort of annoying and frustrating sometimes. Cecilia avoids confrontation so most hate isn't really a two way street. She is currently taken by Nico, and pretty happy with that at the moment.

Haylee-Rae and Cecilia
You know the drill, they hate each other.
Rae and Cecilia
I can't imagine them coming in too close contact. But if they do they'd like each other CC acts like a baby and Rae actually is a baby in a woman's body. So they'd probably get high and do silly things together.
Brodee and Cecilia
He would hate CC. She hate's Haylee, and that's his cousin, so no doubt that Brodee would kinda be out to get her.
Victoria and Cecilia
Vice is too dumb and shallow to have an opinion. So I think she'd want to like Cecilia just cos she's pretty, but she thinks she has to hate her cos she's best friends with Haylee-Rae's little cousin. |

Gabriel and Cecilia
Gabriel has a habit of favoring anyone who's not in with the Michaels clan, just because of his immense dislike for Brodee, so I feel like that would give them something to talk about to start off. Gabriel's a pretty easy guy to get a long with, albeit a bit flirty. friends?

Cecilia&&Gabriel Yes, they much share their hate. Also Cecilia is pregnant and about to go through issues with her fiance so the flirting could actaully start alot of drama. I don't thin she would really mind that much are certain times and then at others she would like blow him off and push him away and stuff. They should be friends but possible a little benefits in there?
