Chelsea  wandered into the dance studio, juggling her pointe shoes and CDs in her arms. She wore a black leotard over tan dance tights and a pair of yellow shorts covered the bottom of her leotard.  Her hair was up in a tight, neat ballerina bun on the top of her head.  Red and black notes from her Greek translations covered her forearms.

"Oh good! No one's here," she sighed, sitting on the hardwood floor.  The girl yanked out her pink toepads, rolling up the bottom of her convertible tights. Diligently, she slipped them on before making the tights recover her feet.  Chelsea quickly put on her worn out pointe shoes, tying them after crossing the ribbons in an "X" twice around her ankles.  A small CD player sat at the far end of the room and Chelsea rushed over to it, placing in the CD she wanted.  She leaped back to her original position on the floor, posing in a low attitude to the back.  

"I don't know what I've done. Or if I like what I've become..."

Chelsea hopped onto pointe in an en croix, before doing a chassé to the right.  It was followed by a glissade and an attitude turn.  A grand jeté en tourant sent her into the air.  

The door behind her squeaked open, causing the girl to lose focus and land hard on the wood floor instead of in a semi-plié.  Chelsea muttered curses under her breath, trying to stand up.  She turned to see who was in the room or at least behind the door.  "Who's there?" she asked, crossing her arms after she finally got back on her feet. "Can I help you in any way? Please tell me you didn't see my terrible fall," she sighed. Her leg was throbbing in pain.

how did you get here: 
Um... I was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia.  We moved up to New York, where I met the band that I initially joined this tour with.  At the beginning of the tour, I started out as Baby Circus' lead guitarist.  Then I left to go to college for a bit. When I came back, the girls (or more likely the manager) had replaced with another girl.  It kinda hurt.  Until I can find a new band, I'm just chilling as a roadie for the same band.
