"a simple melody".
"a simple melody".
name: lexxy
age: 16
roleplaying experience: one year
roleplaying sample:Huff. Haylee-Rae had been thinking. About life. Childhood. Happiness. The simple joys of what she knew she knew. And what she knew she knew at that moment was music. Nothing but pure, joyous music. Sure she loved what the band had always played but there was a difference between playing them and playing her. Everyone had already begun heading back to the buses for whatever reason enthralled them to do so. Be it booze, bud, sex, or just the delightful company of sleep. Regularly that was her cue to breakout and mix together whatever could leave her memory shot the next morning. But that night Haylee-Rae lagged. She needed a more constructive release and she needed it now. Lately, due to her lower-than-usual tolerance level, she had been spending more quality time with her iPod. People knew Haylee-Rae as the hardcore-loving, metal junkie, screamo fan girl. However she was listening to this song by Band of Horses over and over that was just begging for transposition.

"this is my home now".
how did you get here: well i grew up in a very small town in texas. yes texas. i'm talking like 235 population. and my family was...well. they were a bunch of pricks -laughs- i mean it was gross. i had two older brothers, both on the baseball team. and two older sisters. pageant queens -gags- and of course my parents ran the local church. but me? i liked art, and girls. i hated church, skirts and the colour pink. so the day i came home at age 13 and told my parents i kissed a girl i got the beating of my life. so to avoid further bruising i conformed for 4 years. i wore skirts. went to church every other day. i even went on dates....with guys -shudders- thankfully this earned my parents approval along with my first professional camera. but all that came to a crashing hault the day my dad caught me behind the shed with one of my "models" kylee. that night i climbed out my bedroom window, kissed kylee goodbye, and just me, my camera, and my broken arm were off. technically i was homeless for two years. but i eventually made enough money selling my art to get a small run-down bathroom sized apartment. and then one day i saw a band looking for a photographer and here i am. lucky as ever.
